Nicole is the founder of First Consulting Properties, bringing over a decade of experience in interior styling, home staging, and design consulting. Since 2009, she has specialized in helping clients create signature spaces that feel both elevated and effortlessly livable—spaces that make an impression the moment you walk in.
Known for her thoughtful, client-centered approach, Nicole believes that great design is both personal and purposeful. Each space she creates is tailored to reflect her clients’ lifestyle while enhancing comfort, beauty, and overall value. Her work is defined by cohesive styling, intentional layouts, and a refined aesthetic that balances sophistication with everyday living.
Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Georgia and a certification in Interior Decoration and Home Staging from Emory University. Her background in business and consulting allows her to approach design with both creativity and strategy—guiding clients to make informed decisions that elevate their homes and maximize long-term value.
Through First Consulting Properties, Nicole offers home staging, interior styling, and design strategy sessions for clients who are refreshing, remodeling, or reimagining their spaces. Her goal is simple: to create environments that feel curated, welcoming, and uniquely yours.
