Nicole S. Jones is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal Consultant of First Consulting Properties, where she leads the firm’s strategic vision and delivers high-impact consulting services at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, operations, technology, and environment design.

With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, real estate, professional services, and consulting, Nicole brings a rare blend of executive leadership, hands-on operational expertise, and client-experience strategy. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and is known for driving measurable growth, improving performance, and elevating both organizational outcomes and physical environments.

Nicole’s career began in telecommunications, where she developed a strong technical and operational foundation before transitioning into healthcare leadership following the events of September 11, 2001. She went on to hold senior marketing, physician relations, and management roles, consistently delivering results through strategic planning, market expansion, and workflow optimization. Her work has contributed to revenue growth, patient volume expansion, operational scaling, and successful office integrations across multiple organizations.

As the successor to her family’s consulting business, Nicole assumed ownership with a commitment to preserving its legacy of precision, professionalism, and client-centered service, while expanding its scope to meet the evolving needs of modern organizations and property owners.

Today, Nicole leads First Consulting Properties as both an executive and an active consultant, advising clients on:

Franklin Jones
Founder/ Consultant

Franklin Jones, a dedicated and retired military veteran, founded First Consulting over two decades ago. He served honorably in the United States Air Force, taking part in two significant wars where he contributed to vital operations. During his years of service, Franklin discovered a profound passion for technology, particularly in the fields of satellite communications and fiber optics. With more than 30 years of extensive experience in the cable and satellite industry, Franklin possesses a high level of expertise in designing QAMs and proudly holds a low voltage license. This certification ensures that our services are executed with utmost precision and a meticulous attention to detail. His professionalism, skills, and craftsmanship are evident in every project he undertakes, reflecting a steadfast commitment to excellence and quality in all aspects of his work.
